Sales Tax

Wholehearted Hub is located in rural South Dakota and collects South Dakota state sales tax (4.2%) on all taxable items shipped within the state.
Orders delivered to customers outside of South Dakota will not be charged sales tax unless required by law in your state.
For South Dakota customers who live within city limits, an additional municipal tax may apply based on your local rate.

Our products — including candles, apparel, and subscription boxes — are considered tangible goods and are taxable. Digital add-ons and coaching services are not taxed.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Shipping

• Flat rate of $5.95 for single-item orders (candles, tees, or sweatshirts).

• Flat rate of $9.95 for larger or multi-item orders (e.g., crates, bundles, or gift boxes).

• Orders ship within 5–7 business days

• Free local pickup may be available upon request.

• Shipping confirmations with tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is on its way.
